This Cookie Policy explains how FitHack and TOO LUNAPP (Lunapp Studio) use cookies and similar technologies on the website fithack.pro and, where relevant, identifiers or local storage technologies inside the mobile application.
When we refer to "cookies" in this Policy, we also mean similar technologies such as local storage, SDK identifiers, pixels, and measurement tools that help the website or app function properly or help us understand usage.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. Similar technologies in mobile apps may include local storage, cached files, software development kit (SDK) identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other tools that remember information or measure how the app is used.
2. Where This Policy Applies
- Website: browser cookies, local storage, and basic measurement technologies used on fithack.pro.
- Mobile app: SDK-based identifiers and device-level technologies used for analytics, attribution, ads, diagnostics, subscriptions, or restoring entitlements where supported.
3. Types of Technologies We May Use
3.1 Strictly necessary technologies
These are used to make the website or app work, keep the Service secure, remember essential settings, and support basic technical functions such as routing, content delivery, and fraud prevention.
3.2 Preference technologies
These may remember choices such as language, region, consent state, or other display preferences so the Service works more smoothly on your device.
3.3 Analytics and measurement technologies
We may use analytics tools to understand page visits, traffic sources, app launches, workout usage, challenge interaction, crashes, subscription events, and product performance. In the FitHack app these are Firebase Analytics (Google) and AppMetrica (Yandex). Subscription events are processed by RevenueCat.
3.4 Advertising and attribution technologies
Where the app contains ads or where campaign attribution is used, we or our partners may use advertising identifiers and related tools to limit ad frequency, measure campaign performance, and show more relevant advertising. On mobile devices this may include Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID. Advertising partners are the Appodeal mediation platform and its partner networks, such as Google AdMob. On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
4. What Information These Technologies May Collect
Depending on the technology and your settings, cookies or similar tools may process:
- IP address or approximate location;
- browser type, device model, operating system, language, and app version;
- pages viewed, screen flow, workout completion, session length, and interaction events;
- referring links, campaign attribution data, crash diagnostics, and technical logs;
- advertising identifiers or SDK identifiers where available.
5. Why We Use Them
- to make the website and app function correctly;
- to remember settings and improve usability;
- to measure traffic, understand product performance, and improve the Service;
- to detect abuse, fraud, and technical problems;
- to support advertising, attribution, subscriptions, and monetization features where enabled.
6. How to Manage Cookies and Similar Technologies
6.1 On the website
The fithack.pro website does not set any cookies and does not use advertising tools. For visit statistics it uses Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that we host ourselves: it stores nothing on your device and does not store IP addresses. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not counted. Because nothing is stored on your device, no cookie consent is needed. If this changes, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where required by law.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies and clearing local storage. Please note that blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause parts of the website to stop working properly.
6.2 In the mobile app
You can manage tracking-related settings at device level. For example:
- on iOS, you can limit tracking permissions and manage advertising settings in the system settings;
- on Android, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in the Google settings on your device;
- you can uninstall the app to stop further SDK-based collection from that device, subject to app store and device limitations.
7. Third Parties
Some cookies and similar technologies are placed or operated by third parties acting on our behalf or under their own independent policies, including app stores, analytics providers, attribution partners, and advertising networks. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those providers for more details.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
9. Contact
